Spanning 2,480 sq. ft., this home combines high-end finishes with mountain comfort, offering vaulted ceilings, reclaimed wood floors, and stunning views. Step out onto the wraparound deck to enjoy the private hot tub, luxury fire pit, or gas grill. With gondola access and Nordic trails just steps away, Shock Hill Pointe is perfect for families, friends, or groups seeking year-round adventure. Proximity: Located in the prestigious Shock Hill community, this home is just a 1-minute walk to the private Shock Hill Gondola, offering direct access to Peaks 7 & 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Main Street is just a 1-mile walk, putting shops, dining, and entertainment within easy reach. During ski season, walk out of the heated garage, cross the street and hop on the free gondola to find yourself on Breckenridge's legendary slopes within minutes. Living Room (Second Floor): The main living area centers around a modern gas fireplace with breathtaking views of the ski resort. This room shares a bathroom with the bunk room. • Fourth Bedroom (First Floor): 4 twin beds, and flat-screen TV. This room shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. Skip the lines and step outside to explore miles of scenic, lift-free terrain ideal for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and peaceful winter outings. While the Nordic trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems, giving you the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and fast access to the mountain. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking and biking, making this a true year-round launch point for mountain adventure. Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
