Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a private hot tub, and spacious living areas, this home is ideal for both relaxation and entertaining for a group of 10\. This home is 0.6 miles from the base of Peak 8 of the Breckenridge Ski Resort and a 5-minute walk to the nearest shuttle stop. Proximity: Located on Settlers Drive on Peak 8, this property is just 0.2 miles (\~5 min walk) from the nearest MyFreeRide bus stop, offering direct access to Peaks 7 and 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. The Historic Downtown Breckenridge area is only 1.2 miles away, making it a quick drive to enjoy shopping, dining, and local attractions. Entry (Main Level): Entering from the garage, you'll have a powder room on your left and the main foyer on your right. Continuing past the entrance, you step into the spacious kitchen, living room, and dining area. Kitchen (Main Level): The kitchen features a stunning tile backsplash, marble countertops, and modern, upgraded appliances, ready for preparing your culinary delights. • Kitchen island seating for 4 • Keurig & Drip coffee maker Dining: The dining area features a rustic wood table with seating for 8, centered beneath a beautiful antler chandelier. Surrounded by expansive windows showcasing peaceful forest views, it's the perfect spot for shared meals and mountain memories. Living Room (Main Level): Just past the kitchen area is the spacious living room, with plenty of windows. You'll have ample natural light and amazing mountain views while the home backs directly up to the Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve. The ensuite bath includes his & her vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking Whirlpool tub. • Second Bedroom (Bottom Floor): Twin over full bunk bed, flatscreen TV with cable, dresser, and closet. This room shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom. • Third Guest Bedroom (Bottom Floor): Queen bed, TV with cable, dresser, and walk-in closet. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay. After a long day of traveling plus snowy and rainy weather my entire family was looking forward to shower before bed. But was unable to, the "24hr number" is just them taking a mesage and them contacting the next day. From there they called me in the morning asking me if they fixed it. So communication throughout the whole trip was a mess. 510 cleaning fee but there was dry wall on the floor near power outlets. Spiderwebbs hanging from cieling. I mean for such a crazy cleaning im not asking for the red carpet but come on. Cant even sweep? Other than that it was a nice location and great view. ##### Steven q.
