Hours will vary, depending on the season. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Breckenridge Business License No. 47282. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. However for the first week of June, the location was great for Breckenridge restaurants, shopping, Buena Vista whitewater rafting, boating at Dillion Lake, and Gold mining nearby. Comfortable and spacious two bedroom two bath condo within walking distance to downtown Breckinridge included combined living/kitchen/dining area. Well stocked with side by side refrigerator freezer, dishwasher, double sink, granite countertops, cooking utensils and convenient stacked washer and dryer. Private patio offered a nice view of the hiking trails. Rental included a single covered garage space easily access on the third floor. Shared amenities included a nice heated pool, multiple hot tubs, children’s arcade/game room and fitness center. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to town was a big plus.
