The Canteen Tap House and Tavern, Downstairs at Eric's, and Flip Side Breckenridge are all great restaurants to check out any time you want a delicious après-ski meal between ski runs. You'll love the unique shops and eateries you find at Street Station, La Cima Mall, and Towne Square Mall. Head over to downtown's Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Things to Know Please note that this condo does not have air conditioning. The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa at Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky. Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals, and the CU Tavern. Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Breckenridge Business License No. 47282. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 5. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This condo complex has a private ski locker room, immediate access to equipment and lift tickets, and about a 20 yard walk to the lift. Blue Sky staff extremely courteous and professional, and free transportation in a comfortable van to and from town for dinner/shopping was a great perk. The hot tubs (there are 3) were large and relaxing, but temp too high IMHO, probably 103 degrees.Condo itself was well maintained and clean. Needed upgrades/changes including new pillows (hard, not comfortable), master bed squeaks when rolling over, difficult access to top bunk even for teenager (no ladder), new drip coffee pot (missing attachment that engages the filter to allow for drip). Temperature also difficult to regulate -- best option was to keep heater off as bedrooms were unbearably hot before single thermostat in LR would deactivate ##### Alex P. The property building is easy to access from 4 o’clock run with a short walk or ski in from a run that requires a decent amount of pulling. Each day we easily accessed the snow flake lift up a short flight of stairs. We enjoyed the hot tub each day and used the shuttle. The staff on property was always helpful and accessible. This unit has a nice master bedroom and nice bunk beds for our kids. Our oldest son slept on the pull out bed in the family room and slept well. The condo itself was immaculate, but the property as a whole could use some maintenance. Despite this, the location was excellent, as the ski-in/ski-out feature made our vacation so convenient and enjoyable. While the living room was a lovely space, the fan was wired incorrectly, so that we couldn't turn the light on without the fan. The heat was also challenging to control, leaving us either too hot or cold. Additionally, the master bedroom bed was quite squeaky, making it difficult for us to move around without waking the other person up. Unfortunately, there was also an issue in the building during the first few days we were there, which caused the hallways to smell strongly of gas fumes. This was a concerning situation, but fortunately, it was eventually resolved. On a more positive note, the pool and hot tub were well-maintained and provided a great way to relax after skiing. Overall, our stay at this vacation rental had its ups and downs. While the location and cleanliness were great, the maintenance issues and gas fume incident left something to be desired. This could be a good option if you're looking for a ski-in/ski-out rental and don't mind a few problems. ##### Anthony M.
