SPACIOUS & LUXURIOUS 5-BEDROOM 3-BATHROOM HOME The home has two entries with the first one being the ground-floor basement for ease of access. The basement features a kitchenette, dining room, laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a cozy living room complete with a gas fireplace. There are two bedrooms on this floor and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and large vanity. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed and the second features a luxurious king-sized bed. The second floor features the main living room with beautiful wood-vaulted ceilings framed with floor-to-ceiling windows, wood-burning fireplace, smart TV, and a large sectional. This floor has a fully-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining room, and a wrap-around balcony. Sliding glass doors lead to the balcony featuring six adirondack chairs, a grill, and an incredible ten-mile range of mountain views. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. One bedroom has two full-sized bunk beds, and a second bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed. I had my older mother with me and snow on steps and no ice salt. We went out and purchased our own salt. No instruction book for setting thermostats. Hot tub hadn’t been cleaned for quite a while and was not usable. Home is being built right next door so views of construction equipment takes away from the Mountain View’s. We had one day that we had no access to get up driveway as they were pouring cement and work trucks blocking driveway. When I had mentioned to host that I would have booked someplace else had we known about construction she was unaware of the construction as she had not been up to property in months. ##### Andrea B.
