Whether you spend your time heading up to the slopes on the Snowflake lift (just steps away), playing air hockey or Pac-Man in the community game room, taking long soaks in the shared hot tubs, cooling off in the community pool just outside your door, or working out in the gym, you're going to love every minute of your stay! Use the full kitchen to prepare delicious meals for your guests, then throw in a DVD for a movie night on the large TV in front of the fireplace. We hope you can have a relaxing vacation, but there's also a wall-mounted folding desk in the den in case you need to get some work done. When it's time to call it a night, this condo features comfortable sleeping quarters and an additional sofa bed. Near your stay, you'll be just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with its shops, restaurants, and family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers. Things to Know Please note that this unit does not include air conditioning. The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa of Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky. Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals, and the CU Tavern. Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away. Breckenridge Business License No. 47282. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Charter sports is inside the building for rentals and storage making it super easy. To start your day just walk outside and onto Snowflake lift. I never found an easy way to snowboard back to the condo since there is a green run but definitely don't do that on a snowboard...way too flat of a traverse (had to unclip a lot). Quick 2 min free bus ride to Beaver Run lift or back to Snowflake was best. Wish there was a restaurant on premises. Overall a fantastic place. ##### Michael B.
