We were pleasantly surprised that the condo was a little more updated than the listed pictures show; there was a brand new sectional couch in the living room that was super comfortable. Condo also had everything we needed for our stay other than our luggage. Communication with the host definitely could've been better however...numerous messages went unanswered about our stay until about a hour before we arrived to Breck. Also didn't have anything to say as we checked out. Just felt a little insincere honestly. Also we saw a previous review that said the bedroom window didn't lock and that was still the case in our stay. Breck felt very safe but not the best feeling in the world when feedback has been given about safety and then nothing was done about it when we were there. There was no view from the ground floor condo. Very nice to have assigned parking spaces. The condo was clean. It was lacking some basic amenities.
