And the hot tub was a game changer!!! The kitchen is great, my only gripe is a wish there was a bit more cookware. The only way to heat the huge LR/DR/Kitchen is the gas fireplace. The French door to the deck leaks cold air in the room and easily pops open, there is a large broken tile at the French doors. The kitchen is large with nice appliances, except the cabinets are so scratched and many of the drawers don’t work. The bedrooms are nice and warm. The upstairs main bathroom needs a new faucet. The location couldn’t be better. The size of the unit is really nice. The up keep on the unit is lacking and needs to be updated. ##### Greg B. The fireplace pilot light was on and was producing a ridiculous amount of heat, making the residence far more hot than it should be. The upstairs was extremely hot, even with all the windows open and box fans running all night. There are also a number of windows that are broken and permanently stuck open (some without screens). A couple of the broken windows are on the street level. A thief could easily get into the townhome. So, I kept our valuables hidden as best I could while we were out. The upstairs shower doesn't work, or needs instructions on how to operate. Everyone had to use the downstairs shower. The patio doors on the first level do not latch securely. On the first night, there was a major storm. The wind blew the doors open at 3am, again at 4am and again at 5am until I figured out a way to keep them closed with furniture. Upon arrival, the door code they gave us was wrong. I had to call the rental service phone number. Turns out they never updated the code; it was still using an old code. While the location was great, I probably would not rent this unit again until they fix all of these issues. ##### Jonathan V. You are right between The Breckenridge Brewery and a bunch of other restaurants and shops, no need to drive once you get here. Hot tub was great to end the night. ##### Brian G. The condo was in a perfect location to downtown and the dog park was a quick 5min walk away. When we arrived the condo was very clean. We initially didnt have a parking pass, but the manager was very resposive and got one to us quickly. The main bed was incredibly comfortable and the sheets were so soft. The size of the condo was great for our family of 6 and we had room to invite other family over for dinner. The hottub was a huge perk for the kids (adults too!) The only drawback was the lack of kitchen supplies. There were a few basics (2 small baking sheets, 2 pans, 3 pots) but we would have loved having larger baking dishes (9x13) or 8x8 for brownies. We love to cook and we needed a lot of extra dishes. We bought a pitcher for ice-tea and left it for future guests. The window in the master bedroom was boarded up but didnt seem to affect heating or cooling. The condo was quiet despite street traffic being so close. We would 100% stay here again, it was wonderful! ##### Jessica B. Great set-up for a family. The pictures are pretty accurate. Had a really fun time and enjoyed walking down Main Street! The only real suggestions are to add some plastic dishes, change out utensils that are really worn and make sure there is a working hair dryer in there (both were barely working). Asked to stay a half hour longer to check out (clothes were taking a while to dry) and they were very accommodating. Would definitely return to this rental. Thank you! ##### Jim E. The place was clean, pet friendly, and very close to the restaurants and shops in Breckenridge. The reasons we didn’t give it 5/5 were: 1\. The check-in time of 4 pm isn’t guaranteed (guaranteed by 6 pm). They don’t text you your code to get into the room until it is ready. For people driving in from out of town with adults, dogs, and kids, this is difficult to plan around. We did get our room on time but planned to arrive later just in case it wasn’t ready. 2\. There was no soap in the downstairs bathroom and not many towels for 6 people who planned to shower and use the hot tub. I realize there is laundry available, but when you’re only staying two nights, you don’t really want to be doing laundry. 3\. The pull out couch mattresses are not comfortable, at all. My husband and I slept separately (one one each)- neither was comfortable. I could feel the metal underneath pressing into my upper back during the night. I was surprised by this because I had read a review that the pull-outs were very comfortable. 4\. I had asked the host the night prior to our checkout if we could have a late checkout the next day. I didn’t get am answer until the next day, at checkout time (10 am). The host was friendly though so overall we still give it 4/5\. If it wasn’t so pricey, I would consider using this location again. ##### Justine N.
