Can walk to everything Breck has to offer. Main Street, lots of Bars, restaurants, shops and ski slopes are 5min walk. Book on counter needs to be updated with correct wifi password. (Is there anything more frustrating then 4-people continually trying to reboot system and change zeros to “O”, 7 to 1. Next morning, host gave correct password. The great room with huge fireplace. Have to mention how nice that main TV was. Had most of the popular viewing apps, but greatest thing was you could set the DVR to record NFL playoff games while enjoying perfect skiing conditions. ##### john s. Everything was very clean and the location can not be beat. Just a minute walk to Breckenridge Brewery and all the shops and restaurants downtown! The house was well equipped and everything worked as it should. The fireplace and hot tub helped relieve our stress and the bed was very comfortable. For our dog, I would have liked a fenced yard but there were areas for her to walk and bags to pick up after her right out the front door. I wasn't aware there would be stairs going to the master bedroom but it was ok. We had a little trouble finding the home the night we arrived so a map might have helped. We loved Breckenridge and will definitely return when it is warmer. We enjoyed our visit and would stay in this home again. ##### Diana E. We were not able to use the Wifi (got a message to reboot the router, which we could not Locate). The coffee maker was missing the pot lid so would t drain the brewed coffee. A Kerrigan would have been great . But otherwise we absolutely loved the place. Very well maintained and nicely furnished. Hot tub was fabulous. ##### REbecca C. Perfect for us and our grown children and small dog! We loved being close to restaurants and easy access to hiking trails! Hot tub and grill were fabulous additions.
