He left and didn't mention he couldn't fix it. Once we realized it was broken we tried to get a refund so we could move to a different condo. Everyone we contacted said they would talk to their team and get back to us. It wasn't until the next day that we found out the faucet wouldn't be fixed until after our stay. According to the pictures of the place they had a grill. We planned on grilling steaks. We had to go out to eat instead, which we were not planning on doing. Poor management!!! ##### Martha F.
