Everything was as advertised. It was a short hike to the nearest lift, or you can take the bus that has a stop right near the place. When you're done for the day, you can ski down right to the complex. It was also a relatively short walk to downtown Breck. The only issue, as noted in a few reviews, was that the walls are thin. Not an issue if you are on the top floor, but if you are on the bottom, hope you have courteous upstairs neighbors. We could hear our upstairs neighbors clomping around at 6 am and until midnight, and it was hard to sleep through it even with ear plugs. Maybe we just got the bad end of things, but it was a little rough. I realize that's not really the rental company's fault, but it's worth mentioning for anyone who is a light sleeper.
