A 39” TV invites you to kick back and enjoy your favorite shows, while the pull-out bed provides extra sleeping space for guests. The open floor plan leads into the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a drip coffee maker for your morning brew, a crockpot for slow-cooked meals, and a blender for whipping up quick snacks. Gather around the kitchen bar with 4 stools or enjoy a family meal at the dining table, seating 6 comfortably.  
  
When it’s time to unwind, retreat to one of the 2 spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom is perfect for families, offering a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk, along with plenty of storage in a large closet and 2 dressers. The master bedroom serves as a peaceful escape, complete with a twin-over-king bunk bed, a 43” TV, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a double-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo. Just off the living room, you'll find a shared full bath with a single-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer. Step outside to a covered patio, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning, or head over to the shared fitness center, sauna, and hot tub for a bit of relaxation.

Guests will have access to the entire home and FREE on-site parking. They will also have access to shared amenities, including a fitness center, sauna, and hot tub.

The home is just a short walk from Main Street, providing easy access to local shops, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. For outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby shuttle offers quick access to Breckenridge Ski Resort, making ski days effortless. In the winter, Breckenridge transforms into a snowy wonderland with endless options for skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing. In the summer, Breck comes alive with art festivals, beer fests, and live music along its scenic streets. Hiking and biking trails are also abundant, with the Burro Trail offering a scenic route into the national forest and the Blue River Rec Path providing a smooth ride through town. After your outdoor adventures, dine at The Dredge—the world’s highest floating restaurant—or visit the Mountain Top Children’s Museum for family-friendly fun. Situated at the south end of Main Street, this home offers the perfect location for exploring Breckenridge on foot. Enjoy Breckenridge’s FREE public transportation system and hop on the Main St. Junction stop, less than 500 feet from the front door. Breck’s FREE transportation system provides easy access to the gondola, downtown, and other local spots. Prefer to drive? Main Street Station is a short 5 minutes away, while Breckenridge Ski Resort and the BreckConnect Gondola are just 1 mile away. If you're feeling adventurous, Keystone Ski Resort is only 12 miles from the property. Plus, with Uber available, getting around town is a breeze—no car needed! Whether you're exploring by foot, bus, or car, getting to Breck’s best attractions is quick and easy.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.  
  
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.  
  
Please note that hot tub, recreation area with ping pong, foosball, pool table, and TV, as well as a workout room and steam room, with no set hours, though a key is needed outside of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
