Mattress is pretty bad too. Only one person at the front desk so when the key didn’t work the guest (me) was required to take the long walk back. Facility needs maintenance - hallways are hot and dirty. Elevator screeches metal on metal. But the condo is very nice and in an awesome location. Pool was great, they are limiting to 45 people at a time and have to make a reservation 24 hours in advance, but it wasn’t difficult to get a time. Kind of nice that it wasn’t packed, and the 1.5 hours that they allow was plenty of time. Room was clean, kitchen well-stocked, loved having the option of on-demand for watching movies at night. May 16, 2024 #### Breckenridge condo The property is in a great location with good amenities ie:pool and spa. The actual complex is circa 1980/70s and has never been renovated. The actual condo is comfortable but dated. The bed needs to be replaced. Basic things like no teaspoons, no cloths to clean up, one roll of toilet paper for a week, no basic supplies like sugar sachets was annoying. ##### Heather B. Mold in the Shower! Fireplace didn't work and maintenance never showed up after a number of calls to get it fixed.
