My family and I attempted to reach owner for about 30 minutes before we were able to connect, who then provided the necessary information needed to start our stay. He was really helpful and apologized for the issues of checking in. He did provide us with the access code for the underground garage that we were able to use while renting the condo. If using more than one vehicle, be sure to print off a parking pass before staying as there are signs everywhere about the property management towing cars without one.
