« Nous avions réservé 2 chambres pour 2 nuirs, mais à l'arrivée, 1 chambre etait au rez-de-chaussé et l'autre au 1er étage, on nous a répondu que l'hôtel etait complet....de plus , la chambre du 1er étage n'a pas été faite le 2ème jour. Le petit déjeuner du 1er jour etait très limité. »

« I went downstairs to ask for some more towels and other items to be taken to the room and was told they had no one on shift to bring the items to our room. I get back from running errands, about an hour and picked up the items went back to the room and it’s being cleaned. I was a bit baffled because I was told they had no one on shift. »

« The front desk clerk was awesome. I wish I had made note of her name. The room was immaculate and had definitely been redone. The property was super clean, although the lobby area could use a face lift. You might as well skip the free breakfast. It was pretty pathetic with the exception of the Texas shaped waffle. Overall, I would stay there again. The rate was great! They excepted my service dog happily at no extra charge. Afterall, you don't sleep in the lobby. But I would. It was clean. »
