The single bed sleeps 1 adult. The bunk beds sleep 2 children. The sofa bed sleeps 1 adult so 4 adults and 2 children plus any babies you want to squeeze in is the capacity unless of course someone wants to sleep on the sofa too but may not be very comfortable. Respecting Our Neighbours To ensure a harmonious relationship with our neighbours, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines: Pets: Ideally, we prefer no pets. However, in special circumstances, we can accommodate one pet, as requested by the neighbours. Noise: No parties or loud activities, especially late at night. Avoid loud noise outside the property, particularly between the property and the shed. This area, while accessible to us, is owned by the neighbours. Property Boundaries: Please do not linger or loiter between the property and the shed. Refrain from making loud phone calls or smoking in this area. Wetsuits: Do not hang wetsuits over the fence.
