A beautiful semi-detached 4 bedroom family home ideally located 5-minute walk from the centre of Braunton and its fantastic shops, bars and restaurants. North Devon's famous golden sandy beaches are less than 2 miles away. We can accommodate up to combination of 6 adults and 1 child
This is our family home that we rent out whilst on holiday. It will have a number of day-to-day items in it but we make sure there is adequate space provided for all your needs.
The space
We can accommodate up to a combination of 6 adults and 1 child. There is off-road parking for two vehicles plus a large-sized enclosed garden at the rear.
Living Room
As you enter the property the lounge is off the hallway to the left. The lounge is a double aspect with views up the road towards the great fields. There is a wood burner, 1 comfy 4 seater sofa and an armchair. A new 43” Smart TV.
Conservatory
The conservatory is off the back of the lounge and leads into the rear garden.
Kitchen
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make your stay comfortable including a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, double oven and hob, microwave and view over the garden.
Playroom
Next to the kitchen, this carpeted room has lots of books and toys for children to enjoy
Utility Rooms
Off to the side of the playroom, the utility room has a sink, washer and tumble drier as well as drying space
Downstairs Toilets
Next to the Utility is the downstairs toilet and sink.
Bedroom 1
The master bedroom features a large king-sized bed, two bedside cabinets and a full-length mirror and en-suite, overlooking the rear garden.
Bedroom 2
Contains a bunk bed with two full-sized single mattresses.
Bedroom 3
A cot with changing table and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 4
Is on the top floor with its own en-suite attached. The bed can be made up as a single or a kingsize.
Bathroom
The family-sized bathroom sits between the two bedrooms it is light and airy, containing a WC, basin with mirror, bath/shower.
Parking
There is secure off-road parking for two cars. If additional parking there is on street parking available.
Outdoors
The property sits on a good-sized plot of land with gardens at the rear, with private parking for two cars at the front of the property. At the rear is the main garden with plenty of space for playing, enjoying the BBQ or just relaxing on the patio. A shed in the corner of the garden provides useful for storing bikes and surfboards.
