The house is well equiped with a nice lounge with views over the fields behind. It is a short walk to the village pub and short drive to Putsborough beach. This is by far the most comfortable stay we have had in Devon and Cornwall. We have been coming to Devon on and off for over 20 years but every time we go away we have always suffered from properties having poor quality mattresses, pillows and sofas. Jamies was totally the opposite, beds, sofas and pillows were all good quality and really comfy. Also for the short amount of time we watched TV, that was good quality and able to access Netflix etc. The bathroom is brand new too and shower is excellent. Steve and Jan were very friendly and helpful and the Rock Inn is a very good pub indeed which is only 5 mins walk away. We will be definitely be coming back (hopefully for more swell next time!!) and didnt want to come home! The property was everything we wanted, plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 dogs. Everything you needed was there. Perfect to walk to the pub, nice short walk to Woolacombe and a small drive to Croyde. Plus a parking permit is provided for Putsborough which is fantastic as the parking charges there are like daylight robbery. Loved our stay, thank you very much!! ##### Vicki G.
