Mit der Teilrenovierung hat man -insbesondere im Bereich der Betten/Matratzen- doch schon einiges deutlich verbessert. Die vorherigen Matratzen waren "eine Frechheit und eigentlich unzumutbar". Ebenso ist die Grundaufteilung des Essbereiches deutlicher strukturiert und wesentlich besser nutzbar. Der allgemeine Bewegungsfluss im Haus läuft so viel harmonischer und unangestrengter. Auch die Ablagen unter den Sitzbänken gefielen uns gut, obwohl wir selbe nicht genutzt haben. Küchenausstattung durch mittlerweile deutlich aufgestockte Bestecke/sonst. Küchenutensilien nahezu komplett. Trotz der deutlichen Preiserhöhung durch den neuen Vermittler liegen die Häuser immer noch im guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir stellten auch fest das im Badezimmer die Tür nicht richtig zu ging und lose war.Es waren überall Spinngewebe.Dfür das das Haus neu renoviert sein sollte sah nicht so aus.
