Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat:- Lage- Größe der Wohnung- Balkon- Sauna im Keller (2025 frisch renoviert)- Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, er ist sehr bemühtSonstiges:- Die Einrichtung der Wohnung würde ich nicht gerade als modern bezeichnen. Aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. In Relation zum Preis ist das total in Ordnung. Wer mehr Luxus braucht muss halt mehr zahlen- Es gab während unseres Aufenthalts Probleme mit dem Fernsehempfang. Das Problem war offensichtlich bekannt. Ein kurzer Hinweis vor unserer Ankunft wäre angebracht gewesen. Aussagegemäß sollte das Problem zeitnah behoben werden.Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Das Objekt war okay, ist aber teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Es war sehr hellhörig und in der Dusche konnte man den Duschkopf nicht in eine Halterung tun. Es war keine vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat ansonsten eine gute Größe. Die Küche auch.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in einer Wohnung die zentral gelegen ist und den Skilift direkt vor der Tür hat. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt. Auch der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbreit und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Familienfreundliche Unterkunft mit kurzem Weg zum Lift und zur Eishalle. Gerne wieder. Schlafsofa ist bequem, quietscht aber ein bisschen. Daher ist das Sofa bei seichtem Schlaf nur einzeln zu empfehlen.

Top Wohnung inTop Lage!

Die Wohnung war für unseren Familienurlaub perfekt. Es war alles da was wir brauchten und die Lage direkt an der Seilbahn hat uns auch gut gefallen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief freundlich und war problemlos. Können die Wohnung und den Vermieter somit vorbehaltlos weiter empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung mit perfekter Lage für Wanderungen

Super Komunikation. Die Lage direkt am Wurmberg (im Winter auch Skibetrieb) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch Braunlage ist ein nettes Örtchen mit vielen Restaurants läßt auch zum Shopping ein. Der Brocken ist mit wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholsamer Wanderurlaub

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super! Direkt hinter dem Haus ist die Wurmbergseilbahn. Die Innenstadt mit Eisdielen und Restaurants ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet. Die Übergabe war einfach und unkompliziert. Immerwieder gerne.
