Nestled in a peaceful location just 500 m from forest trails and a short walk from local amenities, this bright first-floor apartment in Braunichswalde is ideal for families or small groups looking for nature, comfort, and kid-friendly fun. The living room includes a flatscreen satellite TV and radio, while the fully equipped kitchen features ceramic and electric cooktops, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, and a dining table for relaxed meals.  
  
The sleeping setup includes one single bedroom and a second bedroom with a spacious double bed (180 × 200 cm), all warmed by central heating. A walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin complete the well-appointed bathroom. Outdoor living is a highlight, with a roofed terrace (12 m²), garden with BBQ, deckchairs, and furniture, plus a sandpit, swing set, and play equipment to keep little ones entertained. Paid bikes are available for exploring nearby lakes and trails, and party games and sunscreen add extra charm.  
  
With shops, a bakery, restaurants, public transport, and a doctor’s office all within 2 km, and lake beaches, riding schools, and golf courses just a short drive away, this charming retreat balances countryside calm with practical convenience
