With 4 thoughtfully designed bedrooms — one on the upper level and three below — each guest will find their own cozy retreat. All rooms feature premium bedding, blackout curtains, and large windows with leafy views. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite bathroom and Smart TV. Additional TVs are provided in the living room and another guest bedroom.

• No parties or events are allowed  
• Please respect the quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 12:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00 ).  
• An additional fee will be applied for early check-in or late check-out.  
• For stays of more than 10 nights, additional cleaning will be scheduled after the additional payment is completed and will include bed linen, towel and toiletries changes, as well as floor and kitchen vacuuming and mopping.  
• If you require an invoice for your stay, please note that we can issue one on request.  
• Please note that any damage or loss of belongings will be the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
