"Upon arrival we were upgraded to another room because of a party which took place during our stay in the building which we booked. The thing is that it was not a real upgrade as we were moved to a room on the fourth floor with no elevator with steps inside the room which was not what we wished for. Anyway, the hotel is not new which is pretty noticeable. No elevators (even for 4th floor), room had some strange old smell and there was no WiFi signal in the room. "When we arrived we were very tired from traveling. We opened the door to this amazing suite and felt so blessed! We each took turns soaking for an hour in the enormous in room bath. The food at the in house restaurant was superb! Augustine I believe is the name of our server both at dinner and breakfast and he was wonderful! Gave us great meal selections and was very kind and welcoming. Definitely as asset! We also had breakfast buffet the next morning before our days touring of castles and again it did not disappoint. Just a beautiful hotel, impeccably decorated and so comfortable. We would give 10 stars if we could. "
