The Space: At The Golf Shack, you will find no shortage of beauty inside and out, from the picturesque golf course views enjoyed from the open, shaded deck to the stylish interior featuring modern décor and furnishings. You will also be conveniently located within minutes of Branson’s most desirable attractions of Silver Dollar City, the Titanic Museum Attraction, Table Rock Lake, the Aquarium at the Boardwalk, and so much more. Back at home, StoneBridge provides guests with exciting onsite amenities all of its own such as the seasonal pools, basketball court, and on-site restaurant just to name a few. One thing is for certain – no matter where you choose to spend your time, this is sure to be your most memorable vacation yet! The spacious yet cozy living room is a welcome place to kick up your feet after a long day of exploring the local sights and thrills, with vaulted ceilings, comfortable sofa, and recliner seating, and large mounted smart TV. The open floor plan keeps the conversation flowing from room to room as you step into the chic dining area with table and chairs for 6\. Just beyond, a generous, well-equipped kitchen with all standard appliances, drip coffee maker, cookware, and dining ware can accommodate any type of meal you desire whether it be homemade or trying takeout from a local restaurant. If you have barbeque fans in your group, a grill on the deck provides more delicious meal options which can be enjoyed on the outdoor dining table with additional seating for 6. This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full size sofa sleeper in the living room. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, private deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub. Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV. The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 35 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125\. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick it up after them. • The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes. • Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees. • Washer and dryer in home. • Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles – 1 in front of the garage and 1 between garages. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. Downtown Branson, just 10.5 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events. Would be awesome in the Fall.-2 Large bedrooms with nice King beds on 1st floor, each has it's own bathroom. We did not use the upstairs.-Good communicationThings I would change if I could:-5 per night parking in front of the condo (not that big of deal, but have never had to pay for parking right in front of a condo before.-You will not get the entry code until exactly 4pm. I guess you could request earlier, but if you didn't, and you get there at 3:45, don't try to get in.-Need to stock some decent glassware and dishes. There's a few wine glasses and the rest of the glasses (which are few) are plastic. There's a few very heavy ceramic plates and bowls and coffee mugs, and the rest is plastic. Don't care to eat and drink out of plastic and didn't care much for the big heavy plates and mugs, but that's just me.-When we first arrived, the upstairs smelled bad, but that smell finally went away. Maybe it was something to do with the cleaning of the bathroom up there before we got there(?). Luckily we were not using upstairs, but the smell DID go away, and it's another nice bedroom with 2 queens and a bathroom.Other than that, the place is wonderful and just as described.Thank you to the host/s! ##### Lori H. We had seven people (my husband and I along with our five adult children ranging in age from 19-25) and this condo was perfect. Spacious, clean, well-stocked. The kitchen had a ton of counter space and the living and bedrooms had real furniture (not that vacationy/"rental" kind of furniture). The wrap around deck was awesome and fully furnished.Communication was prompt and check in and out was seamless. The property is in a golf-course community with lots of amenities including pool, pickleball, tennis, etc. We had a great time and would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. ##### Dave V. Condo was so close to the park, we were able to take a break and rest, then head back for the evening. We enjoyed the restaurant at the club house, good food. Condo worked perfect for our family, everyone had their own space, Wi-Fi worked wonderful for all our devices. Would highly recommend and hope to come back in the future. ##### Karen B.
