The kitchen is fully equipped with both drip and Keurig coffee makers, stainless appliances, and counter seating for four, while the dining table for six invites you to share meals and laughter together. Just beyond, the screened-in patio is a true highlight—gather around the table for six, sip morning coffee in the rocking chairs, and enjoy the fresh Ozark air without leaving the comfort of your home.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

• This home is a first-floor, walk-down unit with 20 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• Portable crib and highchair provided.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
