Located 4 mins/1.8 miles from Silver Dollar City. You will love the balcony view of the golf course. The condo is on the 2nd floor and as stated is in a gated community. One of the pools is located right beside the building. The TV is wifi/streaming only. The condo association does charge a $7.00 per night parking fee per vehicle. Microwave, mini refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker(bring your own coffee pods). NOTE: 2ND FLOOR. STAIRS ONLY. We were very happy with the rental property that was the perfect size for two people. Check-in at the main office was painless. The gated community is extremely close to Silver Dollar City so there was never any traffic to deal with. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Branson. ##### Craig G.
