The Space: This homey condo, nestled amongst the nature of the Ozarks with a fitting rustic design, sets the scene for your entertainment-filled getaway to Branson. Enter the home’s main gathering space, where kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly into one another. An oversized sectional, facing the room’s smart tv, provides ample seating for comfortable lounging indoors. Wall to wall windows look out onto your back deck, where more seating provides views of lush green landscapes and colorful skies. Back inside, enjoy the stunning kitchen with its charming coffee nook, beautiful open shelving, and all the appliances you’ll need to prepare food at home. Share meals and stories of your Branson adventures around the formal dining table with seating for 8\. This home sleeps a maximum of 10 guests between 2 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo and double vanity. The room's wide windows artfully frame the trees just outside while letting in enough natural light to fill the space. Bedroom #2 is a kid’s paradise. This room holds 4 full size beds, one facing a smart tv for bedtime movie watching, and the other 3 stacked in a bunkbed formation. Beneath the rustic bunkbeds is a little playing nook, sure to set imaginations in motion. In the center of the room is a table perfect for games, coloring, and crafts. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: \- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes. \- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees. \- An additional half bathroom is located off the living space. \- Washer and dryer in unit. \- Parking passes will be provided for 2 cars. As of March 1st, 2023, there will be a $5.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and can not waive it. On day of arrival all guests will have to reach out to the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS to show to the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge. \- This is a walk-down unit without an elevator. \- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. \- With over four decades of show business under their belts, they will have you and your family at the edge of your seats! Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. They offered a pack and play, stroller and baby seat for them to eat. The beds and floors were clean and so were the counters and fridge. This was the perfect stay for our Branson family vacation. The property is updated and very clean. The kid’s bedroom provided plenty of room for our teen kids to each have their own spot comfortably. The large table provided plenty of space for meals and playing cards. We also enjoyed movie night on the big TV. We also took advantage of the discounted tickets to one of the shows. The area is well kept, convenient, and quiet. The property manager was great. We received texts before arrival and promptly texted back when we had a question. I would definitely recommend this property to families. While we didn’t need it, there is a pack and play, stroller, and portable high chair.
