Right Next To Sdc! Our completely remodeled two bedroom, two bath non-smoking Condo is lake front on Table Rock Lake just down the hill from Silver Dollar City. Relax and enjoy the spectacular Table Rock Lake and Ozark Mountain views from our large covered deck. This is a fantastic resort property that is beautifully decorated with first-class furnishings, a custom kitchen with granite countertops, luxury bedding, linens and a 50 inch flat screen TV. This is not a typical rental condo! You can go to the SDC and easily come back to the condo and have lunch on your private 20Ft. deck over looking Table Rock Lake. Then return to the park for the rest of the day or stay at the resort and fish, play tennis, swim or sit on your favorite rock along the lake. It is also very close to all of the shows and restaurants that are on the famous Branson strip. Silver Dollar City: We are just down the hill from Silver Dollar City which makes it easy to come back to the condo for lunch or take a break and then go back to the park for the rest of the day. Getting out on the Lake: Walk down the tree lined trail to the lake for crystal clear swimming and great fishing! If you want to go water skiing or fishing you can rent a a boat or wave runner just at the Marina just down the road. Outdoor adventures are all around for your family or group to enjoy. Whether you enjoy swimming in the resort swimming pool (open until September 21st), hiking the numerous area trails, playing tennis, or just relaxing on the screened in deck with the cool lake breeze enjoying a great book, our place has it all. There is even a zipline adventure center with waterslides just 1.5 miles from the condo. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook a great meal! You can sit indoors and seat six for dinner, but most visitors enjoy sitting on the covered deck. There is a table on the deck perfect for a family or a romantic dinner for two. NOTE: For security purposes, there is a single camera positioned at the front stairwell and patio area. Super-easy access instructions. The facility was generally quiet, although the upstairs folks sure enjoyed clomping around in the morning.However, the notable concerns were around cleanliness and routine maintenance. The major areas were clean (and some spectacularly so, such as the refrigerator and microwave), but there were notable areas that needed significant attention. For example, the ceiling fan blades in the bedrooms were very dusty, the 2nd bedroom interior window sill was covered in dirt, the outdoor tables had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, less accessed areas (e.g., by the refrigerator) were allowed to build up dirt, debris, and dust. There were a number of general maintenance issues as well, such as the curtain rods above the sliding doors not being fully secured, the electric cover at the top of the master ceiling fan was not secured, at least one drawer in the 2nd bedroom bureau was broken, the closet doors in the 2nd bedroom were not properly secured to the tracks, one of the electric outlet plugs in the dining/living area is not properly secured to the outlet box, a few lamps were unplugged and at least one was missing a light bulb: All of these issues speak to a general inattention to routine maintenance, which should be addressed. ##### Michele B. The only issue was the code did not work but I contacted Jamie and Regina. Jamie got it taken care of immediately. There was none of this waiting for a response. They are very quick to respond which I love!Any questions we had prior to our stay they answered quickly as well. We had ended up having to bring our kiddos and Jamie and Regina were good with it. I was grateful for it. The place had everything we needed and more. I forgot our toaster but they had one, I was surprised since other places do not have them. It does look refreshed and was very comfortable for the 3 of us. I never had to communicate with the owners but their directions to the condo and where the trash receptacles are were confusing but thanks to Google and a little exploring, we found it. I'm not sure what other VRBO rentals provide, but there was only 1 dishwasher pod in the unit. We bring dish soap so we just washed dishes by hand and used the one pod for the checkout wash. Check-in and out was easy and the electronic lock was perfect. I do wish there was mention of the stairs in the description. I may have chosen a different place had I known that we had to carry stuff down a flight of stairs. We did manage though. Overall, I would stay there again. ##### David P.
