A proximity to marina, roller-coasters and downtown Branson. The view was GREAT from balcony, but deck needs attn. Some wicker unable to be used along w table has holes in it as well, and is either disintegrating causing a mess on/under it or something else was all over rug. It was not appealing. But, we spent most time out of condo anyway. Also, the master bath needs more attn to cleanliness, esp the floor and both toilets. Besides these few 'repairable' things, it was a good time and I would recommend the condo overall. ##### Karen H. The check in process was very easy and the property was quiet and perfect for families and kids. The unit we stayed in was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials for the kitchen and bedrooms. I will definitely stay here again in the future when I revisit Branson again and higly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay while you're planning on going to silver dollar city and the Branson area. Its a very short drive from here to silver dollar city as well which is a huge plus. ##### Brian W. This property is a really good value for the price. you just need a place to stay, this will do. The price was appropriate considering the issues we had. The view is lovely. The place was very clean, And instructions were simple. The furniture was appropriately nice. It was nice having a pool. There was a bit of a musty smell upon entering, but that went away after running the AC. Lots of spider webs, at the front door and the deck, but that’s to be expected in a lake property. The stove has one burner that is either on 0 or 10 (nothing in between), the dishwasher would not turn on, the batteries for the remotes were all dead, and the WiFi/internet service was horrible. The coffee maker was not working at all. That was the biggest bummer. Even with all the issues, The property manager was as responsive as she could be. I appreciated the attempts. With my permission, she stopped by and changed the batteries on the remotes and checked out the other issues while we were out. She did what she could. Internet/WiFi service was very poor. We had difficulty streaming content even at low resolution. We had to reboot the router multiple times. It was a busy holiday weekend so I'm assuming the carrier network was saturated.
