Playground nearby for the kids with pleasant views of the water. Property was used as a combination of family/fishing time. Easy to sneak away and be on the water in minutes. Nature trail, play ground, access to the river is right outside the condo. Lots of wildlife can be seen from the screened-in porch. Gated community. The condo is located in a prime location with a water view off the living room and master bedroom. There is a trail right down the street to access as well. This condo was extremely clean and smelled nice. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. There are plenty of towels and storage in the bathrooms. It was perfect for our family of 4\. Check-in was a breeze and we had no issues during our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked.The noise referenced in the listing is legit. We’ve stayed in many condos over the years and this is the first time we’ve been able to hear every footstep and conversation of our upstairs and next door neighbors. Overall, it wasn’t that big of an issue since our kids are older but could have been problematic if we had little ones with nap and sleep schedules. ##### Emily Y. We truly enjoyed our stay. The amenities were fun and the lake behind the condo was the best part! My kids fished everyday. The kitchen was stocked with appliances and things we needed to cook meals. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room to just veg out. lol The only down fall is you can hear the neighbors upstairs walk and pull open there sliding door, but other than that, we had a great stay. ##### Stephanie M.
