At "The Hilltop", you'll enjoy the following: \- Almost 1200 square feet, 3-bedroom, 2-bath - sleeps up to 9! \- Comfy beds and beautiful bedding \- Fun tabletop family games \- 65" HD Smart TV w/ high speed wi-fi for all your streaming needs! The Hilltop is on the lower level of a 3 story building (one flight of stairs to get DOWN). This means there will be one unit directly ABOVE you. We own the unit above this unit, so if you prefer no stairs please look for our other listing "The Bluebird". Bedroom Configuration: \- Master Bedroom: King-sized bed \- Bedroom 2: King-sized bed \- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with queen size bed on bottom and full size bed on top (weight limit for top bed is 180 lbs) Additional Sleeping: \- Pull out sofa in living room sleeps 2 One bathroom is accessed from the Master Bedroom. The 2nd bathroom is accessible from the hallway. \- Access to the community swimming pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day (this does get busy in the warm season!) \- Free first-come first-served parking. Parking lot DOES GET FULL in the busy season (March - December). Please limit your party to 2 vehicles. Absolutely no smoking allowed in the home! Extra cleaning fee will be charged. We love our homes! Any damages to the home and property (including stained bedding, towels, broken dishes, etc) will be charged to the guest upon checkout. $50 fee for late checkout Welcome to The Hilltop! :) Full access to the Condiminium! There are a couple of closets that are locked for owner's supplies. We live in Springfield, which is just up the road from Branson. You and your family deserve a 5-star stay, and we hope to provide that for you. Should ANYTHING come up during your stay, we are here to help you - we're just a phone call away. Conveniently located, but still private and secluded. 4 Miles to Silver Dollar City, 4 Miles to the Branson Strip, 4 Miles to Table Rock Lake. 5-15 minute drive to most major attractions in Branson. The Vinyards is popular, which means you'll likely be spending your time around other vacationers. Some noise can be heard through the floors in the building, which is to be expected in any apartment or condo complex. Rental was quick and easy. Hosts made check-in a breeze and gave very clear and concise directions. The spaces were clean, freshly updated and tidy. The rooms were perfect for our family and everyone had their space! The kitchen was well stocked with needed dishes, pots, pans, utensils and a single serve KUrig as well as a coffee pot and blender! The bathroom showers included shampoo, conditioner and body wash, a nice touch! There were blow dryers for use. All bedrooms had Roku TVs and the main living area had a large TV. Wifi worked great, and the back patio was nice to sit in and watch hummingbirds! The location is great - just a few minutes from the Branson strip and Silver Dollar City!
