With that being said, I know it’s summer time and being around water and in Branson, bugs are around. I killed two spiders while we stayed here. There were bug traps out. One was a small spider but one was a brown recluse (fiddle back).The check in process was easy and it was stressed to not arrive before 4 pm. We have stayed at this property before but in other units. Just know that at 4 pm, everyone rushes to check in, so it can be backed up and can take a bit. The wifi info wasn’t correct, but it was quickly rectified. The shower pressure was just okay. There were enough towels, pillows, etc. The only reason I gave this listing and “okay” was the bed. It was so firm and hard. I did not sleep well at all while we were there. I don’t need to sleep on a cloud, but it was super uncomfortable. If you like an extremely firm mattress, you’ll be fine. The unit is on the third floor, so if you cannot climb steps, be mindful of that. The hosts communicated well and were super nice. Would I stay here at this particular unit again? Probably not. Overall it was clean and nicely decorated, the only things I noticed were the top lip of the counter in the bathroom had not been cleaned in sometime and our sheets were put on backwards or inside out. We loved the location and all the amenities and would stay again. ##### Chasity M. We chose to stay here because the property had an indoor pool and our kids wanted to swim in October and all outdoor pools were closed for the season. Indoor pool was heated and fine. Unit was perfect for us. Property was recently updated and has all new furniture, decorations and linens. Everything was super clean! Unit is still somewhat dated with original cabinets and popcorn ceilings, but again very clean. King mattress is a firm mattress. Kids said the sleeper sofa was fairly soft. The only issue we found was the hot water smelled very sulfur like and stunk up the condo on night one when we went to shower. The cold water was just fine with no odor. Everyone passed on showering the first night due to the stale, smelly hot water. We ran the hot water heater to cold into the bathtub three times on the first night and got a lot of black debris out of the tank. Night two we were all able to shower, but the hot water was still heavily odorous, but no longer black. Upon checkout, we reached out to the 24 hour text line asking for a call from the management company to let them know the hot water tank likely needed cleaned out better before the next guests, but after 2 and a half days, have yet to hear back from the management company. Would not hesitate to stay again, but the hot water tank definitely needs addressed. ##### Dustin M.
