Summary: A truly majestic sight! Welcome to Table Rock Overlook, a beautiful condo with a million-dollar view right from the balcony. With a premier location that favors all things “lake life”, this property is ideal for those who are looking to spend their days on the water or hugging the shore. The Space: The interior of the home is decorated with neutral furnishings; appealing to those who love simplicity. When entering, we know your eye is going to lead you straight to the lake - and we don’t blame you! Step outside onto the covered balcony with lounge furniture, and that magical view. Take time to take it all in and don’t forget to give props to whoever picked this place for vacation! When you realize your daydream has turned into your reality, head back inside to check out the rest of the unit. The open living space offers ample seating and a TV. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you may need to whip up delicious meals from home. Additional kitchenware such as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker are all available for your convenience. The extended counter is ideal for extra prep space and casual bites. For more formal dining, head to the table for 6. The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably between 2 suite-style bedrooms and a lovely four-season room. Guests are sure to have a comfortable stay with each room being fully furnished with luxe linens. \- Bedroom #1 is decked out with a King bed, TV, access to the four-seasons room, and private en-suite. The en-suite highlights dual sinks and a jetted shower/tub combo. \- Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a King bed, Smart TV, and shared en-suite. The shared en-suite has a large vanity and walk-in shower with custom tiling. The four-season room is lovely with a jaw-dropping view of Table Rock Lake. The room is configured with a Full bed and Full-size sofa sleeper. The property was clean, neat and quiet and provided easy access to Table Rock Lake and the attractions in Branson. The unit was immaculately clean, well-stocked, and had lots of room. The view of the lake was very nice, and the unit's deck provided for a few nice Happy Hours to enjoy the view. Communication with the owner and property management company was excellent, and both were responsive, accurate and friendly. The stay was top-notch, and we plan to stay here again and will encourage attendance by others in our extended family. While I drove into the area from Colorado, my wife flew into the Springfield-Branson airport which was an hour north of Branson. My only complaint is we were charged -- I think 27? -- when I requested to unload at the condo ONE HOUR before the official 4;00 PM check-in time. Ridiculous and petty charges. We traveled during the off-season and had only requested a short time to unload before I traveled to Springfield to pick up my wife. Everything else was top-notch and exceptional. ##### Robert B. The unit was sparkling clean and spacious. It can comfortably sleep two couples, both in king beds, and two singles on the daybed and trundle bed in the sunroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of appliances, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. The management company was easy to communicate with and responded to a minor maintenance request quickly (the issue corrected within the hour!). The view of Table Rock Lake from the unit was beautiful and can be enjoyed from a balcony or the fully enclosed and climate controlled sunroom. All in all, would highly recommend. ##### Stacy D. Clean with many additional amenities. Beds were so comfy and area allowed each of us space and areas to play cards and catch up on life. Loved location in proximity to Branson. Communication initially is not through the Branson branch, which they were not quick to respond or as helpful wasn’t a great beginning. The Branson branch is communication 3 days prior to arrival and is text only but they were quick to respond to any questions. The condos are nice, clean and quiet. It is a switch back corner to get in, winding through other homes/condos then a steep hill to enter these condos. You are supplied bedding, towels, hotel soaps and 1-ply. The sun room in the condo we had, only had sheer blinds on half the room and none on the rest or on the patio door, so sleeping on either of the sleeper sofas wasn’t a great option. Over all it was ok for us as we only stayed two nights, so it was just a place to land our heads at night. ##### Rebecca F.
