The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig for quick single-serve brews, and counter seating for four—perfect for casual meals or conversation while cooking. A dining table for four provides a cozy setting for sit-down dinners after a day of resort fun or Branson adventures.



On the days you plan to get out and about, Branson awaits with its unique blend of entertainment and natural beauty. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.



The bedroom includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower tub/combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a first-floor, walk-down unit with 16 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking is available for 1 vehicle on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking pass will be provided at the gate.

• Portable crib available.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.



This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
