We couldn’t have found a better place for our family! The house was beautiful, and most accommodating. The game room was a hit for ages three to seventy five. The two refrigerators/dishwashers was a fantastic idea! The view was beautiful. The close proximity to the boat rental and to the last minute store items was very good!. We’re already talking about next year at the same house, unless we need a little bit larger one, in which case, I know you can accommodate. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Amazing Property

We had a large group of family and friends stay. There was plenty of space for the kids to play and the adults to still have a quieter space. Loved the games upstairs was great for the kids!

Wonderful Getaway

Great place to stay! Just perfect for our large family gathering. Loved the size and layout of the house. Ample area for a large gathering. Nice sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked. Wonderful way to spend a weekend with family celebrating our parent's 60th wedding anniversary!

Everything you need for a great getaway.

Incredible place, the only negative was construction work was starting in front of us and behind us sometimes at 5am. The new development behind the unit has changed the view. But, the cabin was spacious, stocked with all you need for a getaway, the views of the lake are breath taking at sunrise.

Perfect for large group.

This lodge was perfect for our large family gathering. I chose this particular lodge because it had plenty of seating in the living room with three large couches and lots of tables for eating. Unlike a lot of the rentals, they made sure to provide enough cozy seating for the entire family in the living room. A bathroom in all 7 bedrooms is wonderful. I’m not sure they’re completely done with this unit as one of the bathrooms didn’t have a mirror above the vanity yet, one of the refrigerators didn’t have a handle on the freezer (but two refrigerators was amazing!), and the living room fan didn’t appear to be wired yet because it wouldn’t turn on. All in all, it was a beautiful lodge with a beautiful view and PLENTY of space!

2022 Family Christmas

This was the nicest place we have ever rented. Very nice, all 7 king size bedrooms & bathrooms large. Kitchen & family room was very very nice. The little ones loved games and sliding down the stairs. Christmas was big, but NO lights, a disappointment. Had upper deck and lower deck, but weather didn't us to use it. Hope to visit again when we can use the deck.

Private/group atmosphere

Great place to stay with our large group that a times wanted to divide in small family groups in their own private rooms. Ideal for any group wanting to have a nice wide open are for group gatherings but also a private space with own bathroom. Loved this house!!

AMAZING! Don't hesitate...book it today!

This place is amazing for a large group. We were there celebrating our parents 50th anniversary, so it was important to find a place we would all fit. This was the place! It is so spacious and has everything you would need. We never felt like we were on top of one another. The kitchen is one of the most well equipped ones we have rented. Book it...you won't be sorry!

Branson vacation

The overall experience was awesome!!!! The house was great the views were great everything was perfect except the construction that was going on with lumber stacked in front of the house making it alittle tight to park and listening to backhoes and pump trucks at 6 in the morning wasn’t what I had in mind since that’s what I do every day myself so at least I understood there reasoning for starting that early. All in all it was GREAT !!

Very nice place to stay I was very satisfied

This was a very nice property very spacious home everyone had their own space without being crowded we enjoyed everything about the house from the living room space the kitchen & dining area the game room upstairs the outside balcony the whole layout of the house was everything & to top it off every bedroom had a private bathroom.....Anyone would love it!! We're looking forward to going back next year....

Great location for SDC

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was sperfect for our four families (18 people ranging from 9 months to 62). Beautiful views! Well stocked kitchen! The two fridges was helpful as we cooked a lot. There were a few unfinished details like missing door handles but we know this property is new. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication with the cleaning staff and the property was not clean upon arrival. This prevented us from having full access until almost 8 pm instead of 4 which disrupted our dinner plans on the first night of the stay. However, we also were present during cleaning and were able to see how thoroughly they cleaned. After they left it was very clean!

Dixon Family Christmas Trip

We enjoyed our stay, but there were a few negatives. The directions that were sent in the email were to the wrong house. We were not expecting the construction to be going on; a jack hammer and dozer started at daylight every morning. Otherwise we enjoyed the size and comfort of the home. Being a new construction there a small things that need completed. We would love to be able to stay at the property again.

Great place!

Overall, great experience and wonderful house! One suggestion I have is I think the owner should consider changing their policy in regard to needing to change dates for circumstances outside of the renters control. A large portion of our group wasn’t able to come because of getting COVID shortly before we were scheduled to go and when I asked the owner if they would allow us to change dates we were just told no with no options other than purchasing insurance, which we weren’t able to do. I understand not giving us a refund, but switching to another date would have helped our family and we would have still rented through them. Because of this, only a portion of our family went on our family vacation because we had no choice. Thank you!
