About this space  
Awesome south Indian Point location at Victory Pointe Resort <3 mi from the renowned Silver Dollar City & a few steps from Table Rock Lake. Amenities: 2 pools, hot tub, RV/boat/trailer parking, convenient dock access, slip rentals available. The Ozarks offer a plethora of activities, incl hiking, mountain biking, boating, shopping, live shows, world-class golf courses, music theaters, and excellent trout and bass fishing. Book now at one of the country's most highly rated vacation spots.  
The space  
2 Private downstairs king bedrooms and 2 upstairs double queen bedrooms each with attached bath, linens, extra blankets, closet alcove, dresser, luggage rack, towels, and basic cleaning supplies.  
Onsite washer + dryer.  
Well equipped kitchen including electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, Keurig coffee maker, blender, griddle, slow cooker, pots/pans, dishes.  
Downstairs living/dining room incl dining table (seats 8), 70-inch TV, sofa bed, and stylish swivel chairs.  
Upstairs has a smaller living area with two chairs, Murphy bed, 43-inch TV, Nintendo switch and Xbox one game consoles, and dedicated workspace with two monitors, and full-size USB keyboard.  
Guest count of 16 includes two on the queen size sofa bed in the living room downstairs and two on the queen size Murphy bed upstairs.  
Property has a partially shaded upper deck and fully shaded lower patio area with grill, fire pit, table and chairs adjacent to one of the community pools and the hot tub.

The entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home.

This property comes with priority access to slip rentals at a nearby dock (easy walking distance) through a neighboring resort. If interested, please let us know. Once your booking is confirmed we will send you specific instructions with a link to book a boat slip.
