The main beds were comfortable but the pull out sleeper beds were not. The pool, which is a plunge pool is really small for this size house. No one even got in it because it was so small, even the 3 kids. The hot tub is a nice feature and was used. Would have been nice to have a TV on the main level living area, main TV was downstairs in second living area. Location is good and place for the most part was clean. We had a great time enjoying Branson as a family. Check in was easy and host communicated ahead of time and really no communication needed after we arrived.
