We have stayed in condos in this area numerous times before. This property was a mess from the moment we arrived. The place was dirty. Wads of hair in the kitchen cabinet. The rugs looked like a muddy dog had rolled on them and the kitchen seats need to be replaced. The baseboard trim is in terrible shape. The coffee maker was full of hard water stains and had an odor (we had to buy one to use). The kitchen cabinets were sticky. One of the bath tub faucets was sideways (my husband fixed it). One of the toilets was difficult to flush (my husband had to fix it daily). The ceilings had cobwebs and the bathroom exhaust fans were full of dust. The master bedroom closet doors kept coming off of the track. The fridge and AC unit had a very difficult time keeping up and the AC took 10 hours to cool down from 75 to 72 degrees (it got up to 78 degrees for multiple hours before it cooled down). One of the most alarming issues was a bowed spindle on the back deck. My curious 2 year old was able to stick his head through with ease. We contacted vacasa and they were quick to communicate with us. They refunded our cleaning fee and offered to pay for our coffee maker and they said they would look into the back deck spindle that causes a gap.
