Furniture not comfortable and chairs are falling apart. Did not utilize pullout couch so no opinion on that. Not a lot of amenities in the house kitchen-wise so bring your own paper plates, paper towels, zip lock bags, etc. Floors were very dirty upon arrival, reported the issue, someone supposedly came to clean the floors the next day but could not tell a difference. Did appreciate a 50% refund of cleaning fee. It was nice to have 3 TVs but be warned that the upstairs is an open loft and anyone sitting in the living room can hear the upstairs TV very loudly. By the end of attempting to book the price had risen to nearly $200 per night. That’s bait and switch no matter how you slice it. Disinclined to use VRBO ever again. ##### william o.
