Summary: Hillside Cottage awaits you! A stylish condo minutes from famous Branson attractions. The home is tastefully designed with modern decor and furnishings that are sure to please every guest. The Space: The main living area is open-concept allowing all guests to join the conversation. The living room highlights ample seating, a TV, and access to the balcony outside. The balcony with outside seating is the perfect space to start your mornings or enjoy a nightcap. The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to whip up meals from home. A toaster, and coffee maker are also available for your convenience. Steps from the kitchen, a dining table seats 6\. A high-top table and stools are adjacent to the dining area for more casual meals. The home sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably between 3 lovely bedrooms. Each space is furnished with beautiful accents and luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay. \- Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a King bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite is equipped with a shower/tub combo. \- Bedroom #2 highlights a Twin/Queen bunk bed, Twin trundle, and Smart TV. \- Bedroom #3 is decked out with a King bed, and Smart TV. An additional shared full bathroom offers a shower/tub combo and is stocked to serve guests. THINGS TO NOTE: \- This is a walk-up unit, 2nd floor, 17 steps required. (No elevator) \- There are unassigned parking spaces for 2 vehicles. \- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees. \- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes. \- This home is not pet friendly. Fixtures barely hanging on, toilet leaked and mold growing. Kitchen had several broken dishes and the utensils were dirty, looked like they had been used and put back in the drawer. When we arrived, the bunk bed room had beds that weren't even made. Sheets were left folded on the bed and there weren't any blankets to use. We had to pull blankets from the other bedrooms to keep our kids warm. Check in was easy and communication was easy and fast. Location was great. Unsure if someone smoked in there or if someone underneath the unit was a smoker and it just seeped through the walls. There was some kind of dirt stuck on the master bathroom walls and trim. However, your website listing showed elevator under accessibility and that was the main reason for selecting this condo. All members in our group were in their 70's and all females. Hauling luggage up and down was difficult not to mention just entering and leaving unit. Grand Welcome could not give us any other accommodations options. I will only stay at this location again if ground level entry is available! If one lady that is on oxygen due to covid, who was supposed to be with us but backed out after i made reservation, had been with us, we would not have been able to stay at this location. She was the reason i looked for elevator or ground entry when choosing accommodations. Your listing needs to be revised! ##### Glenda H.
