Welcome to Our Happy Place, a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo with a Sunroom that sleeps 2. The Space: The top floor luxury Condo has a majestic view of Table Rock Lake complete with vaulted ceilings. With a premier location that favors all things Branson and Lake Life. This property is ideal for those who are looking to spend their days on the water hugging the shore and their nights to enjoy Branson entertainment. \-Same cove as Moonshine Beach and Boat ramp -Historic Downtown Branson (10 miles) \-Silver Dollar City around the corner (6 miles) -State Park Marina (5 miles) \-Showboat Branson Belle (5 miles) \-Payne’s Valley and Buffalo Ridge Golf course (14 miles) -Big Cedar Lodge (12 miles) \-Dogwood Canyon (25 miles) This list is just the tip of the iceberg, the activity list in Branson is truly endless! When entering, your eye is going to lead you straight to the lake. Step outside onto the covered balcony with lounge furniture and that majestic Lake view. Take time to soak in the natural beauty. Head back inside to check out the rest of the unit. The open living space offers ample seating, a sofa that doubles as a sleeper, and a large Smart TV. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you may need to whip up delicious meals from home. Additional kitchenware such as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker are all available for your convenience. The extended counters are ideal for extra prep space and offer counter seating on both sides. For more formal dining, head to the table for 8. The home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably between 3 bedrooms, the sofa sleeper, and a lovely four-season room. Guests are sure to have a comfortable stay with each room being fully furnished with luxe linens. Main floor: Bedroom #1 is decked out with a King bed, TV and sliding-door access to the Sun room, and private Master bath. The en-suite highlights dual sinks and a jetted tub/ shower combo Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a Queen bed, Smart TV, and shared en-suite. The shared en-suite has a walk-in shower and is accessible from the main floor hallway also. The four-season room is lovely with a jaw-dropping view of Table Rock Lake. The room is configured with a Twin/Full bunk bed, love seat, and table and chairs. Upstairs: Bedroom #3 offers a Full bed plus Twin Day bed and Smart TV. There is an additional shared bathroom with tub/shower combo. THINGS TO NOTE: \- Located on the 4th Floor - 52 Steps with "elevator access available" \- A laundry closet with a washer/dryer is available for guest use \- The unit comes with 2 unassigned parking spots \- Swimming pool on site is not assessible to guests. Please note, the on site swimming pool is for owner use only. The property overlooks Table Rock Lake and is mere minutes from marinas, boat ramps, and local beaches. This means that there’s an endless list of coastal activities to enjoy on and off the water! When you’ve had your fill of fun in the sun, the home is close to an array of attractions including Branson Mountain Adventure (5 miles), Titanic Museum (6.4 miles), Aquarium at the Boardwalk (6.9 miles), Silver Dollar City (6 miles), and more! Historic Downtown Branson is less than 11 miles away and is dotted with restaurants and specialty stores. We were first interested in this property because of the online pictures, but those pictures did not do it justice! It was a beautiful condo with a beautiful view! We loved it! There were a few things that could use some attention, but they were all minor...the light bulb under the microwave was burned out, also in one of the lamps, and we could have used some more coffee cups. There only 5 mugs, but we had more coffee drinkers than mugs. One or two dishrags in the kitchen would have been useful, as well.
