The indoor/outdoors pools were very nice. Our 5 year old loved them. We used them everyday. The decor and colors were nice. Also very spacious. Okay now the things we were disappointed in. The beds were so tall I couldn’t get in either of them and no bed stool provided. The tub in the primary suite was so tall I had a very difficult time getting in and out of it. It was also dangerously slick. No tub mat. All 3 televisions were a joke to watch. Why aren’t there instructions on how to operate them. None of us do streaming and could not figure it out. Frustrating. We arrived at our condo on time and it wasn’t ready. So we waited for 30 - 40 minutes and the lady was still there but told us to come in. Before she left she told us to put sheets on the bed in primary bedroom. They were in the dryer. The tubs were dirty. The floors were filthy. The sheets on the pullout couch were filthy. I was shocked. The surfaces of nightstands were dirty. The area rugs were dirty. You could also provide better ice cube trays. They are inexpensive. We ended up just buying some ice. We weren’t expecting so many stairs. We had read there were just a few. It was difficult, as I have bad knees. We would know better if we ever used your facilities again. The location was great. They wrote a birthday card with a vase of flowers, which was above and beyond. Property is clean and very conveniently located within 15-20 of anything you want to do in Branson.
