It was clean, spacious and well stocked. The beds, linens and pillows were all hotel quality. Reservations were so accommodating and clear. Timed well and helpful. The kitchen included many plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and very nice silverware. The pans, bowls and even a griddle were a surprise. We chose this property as we had a 2 year old and 4 month old with us. We need to have the extras they provided--pool, playground chill area in the bottom floor. Really cannot say enough about how well this rental filled our needs for a basecamp!!! HIGHLY recommend. We loved this unit, the view was beautiful and it was right across the street from the playground and pools. The light did shine into the windows from the basketball court at night which was a bit annoying, but we loved being so close to the amenities so the kids could run over easily. It was worth it for us. The fire pit was amazing and of course the hot tub and playroom downstairs. We stayed for 5 days and never got bored of being in the house. Coffee on the balcony was our favorite part of the day. The grownups had a blast on the pinball game trying to beat each others score. We had plenty of room to move around and choose many spots to relax. The only suggestion I do have that could be nice is to have a little bit of cabinet space for food and snacks and a little bit of grass for my pup to relieve herself. It was nice to be located close to the community pool and playground. Tons to do in Branson for kids and entertainment. The bad: Upon arrival the ice maker wasn’t working and the portable ice maker smelled like mold. They did send someone out immediately to remove the portable ice maker but the ice maker on the fridge was never fixed during our stay for 1 week which was frustrating. Some of the kitchen dishes were dirty in the cabinets so we had to clean those. The grill was very dirty and smoking and needed cleaning. The patio loungers need replacing from sun damage and cracking. The community pool was small. The bathroom towel rack came apart but we fixed it. For the price we paid, we should not have had to deal with the above issues. ##### Julie E. We had one small issue and it was resolved with a quick phone call. I was surprised how close everything was to this house so the location was ideal. Our group of 3 families enjoyed the separation of bedrooms on 3 different floors. The outdoor area with hot tub, fire pit, and games was used every evening.
