This is the only place to experience island living in Branson, and you won’t believe all the amenities that you’ll have access to as a guest of this 2-bedroom condo in the exclusive Rock Lane Resort!  
  
The Space:  
Two seasonal outdoor pools, tennis, volleyball, basketball, and shuffleboard courts, picnic area, and fishing dock are all yours – the excitement never has to stop! You won’t have to go far to grab a meal either, as an on-site restaurant is open most days of the week, serving up delicious island style meals. In need of a refreshing cocktail? Head on over to the Tiki Bar and sip your favorite beverages in a relaxed, shaded atmosphere. Even just walking around the scenic grounds you’ll enjoy serene view of the lake at every turn. When you’re ready to venture away from the resort, you’ll find yourself within easy reach of this dynamic area’s most popular attractions. Your closest stop is the thrilling amusement park of Silver Dollar City where you can spend an entire day getting your adrenaline pumping. On your way to downtown Branson, you can hit several exciting stops of the Copperhead Mountain Coaster, Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, Titanic Museum, and Aquarium at the Boardwalk – and that’s just to name a few!  
  
When you’re ready to relax and call it a day, the welcoming condo offers just the cozy atmosphere needed to refresh and recharge. The living room includes a comfortable sofa and armchair seating, perfect for an afternoon nap or downtime surfing the channels. The well-equipped kitchen is inclusive of all major appliances, drip coffee maker, cookware, dinner ware, and 2 high-top seats at the counter for enjoying casual meals or afternoon appetizers. If you prefer to dine al fresco in the fresh and open Ozark air, head out to the shaded balcony where you’ll find a high-top café table with seating for 2 as well as an outdoor sofa set. With so much to experience in this nature-inspired playground, we just know you’ll want to return for your next vacation to Cozy Condo at Rock Lane Resort!  
  
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.  
  
\- Bedroom #1 includes 2 full beds, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.  
\- Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized vanity and shower/tub combo.  
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
\- Washer and dryer in unit.  
\- Parking available for up to 2 vehicles in the attached lot – first come, first served.  
\- This is a walk down unit with 16 steps going down. No elevator available.  
\- Please note - there is no boat or trailer parking at this development.  
\- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.  
\- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.  
  
Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to explore Table Rock Lake or nearby Table Rock State Park. Silver Dollar City, only 6 minutes away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme. And if you’re up for a round of golf, the gorgeous Point Royale Golf Course is less than 25 minutes away and the iconic Top of the Rock Golf Course is less than 40! The home is 25 minutes from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
