This unit served the purpose. It was very clean, but did have an overbearing odor of pine sol upon entry. After a few hours the smell seemed to subside. There were a few small bugs in the tub. I did have some concerns on cleanliness given we found multiple kids toys, baby bottles, infant clothes and diapers. Could hear water from above and all footsteps of running child (four hours of it in Leningrad before they left). Doors for closets falling off hinges. Getting to the property is dangersous-almost two head-on collisions because people don’t stay on their own side of very narrow and winding roads. One we had to go into ditch to avoid a collision. We liked the location to Branson and the single bedroom and separate living space. Lastly the TV in the bedroom hummed and was not watchable.
