The condo definitely needs more cleaning. There was a large stain right in the middle of the couch, so we did not even feel comfortable to relax in the living area. The shower did not drain properly, so we had to shower in standing water. If you have someone staying in the condo above you, be prepared to hear every footstep. I’m not exactly sure what the protocols are on smoking on the property but we must’ve had a neighbor smoking weed at night because it just filled our condo with the smell, really unpleasant. It would be nice if the back door would properly lock, rather than having a temporary type “fix” that blocks the door from opening at all. Considering that this issue was brought up in a previous review (I now see after our stay), I would think that the issue would have been resolved by now. This unit served the purpose. It was very clean, but did have an overbearing odor of pine sol upon entry. After a few hours the smell seemed to subside. There were a few small bugs in the tub. Vertical blinds need fixing, closet and laundry door needs to be fixed. TV about the chair?? End of counter top needs to be fixed. Couch very uncomfortable. No railing in bathroom. I did have some concerns on cleanliness given we found multiple kids toys, baby bottles, infant clothes and diapers. The back patio screen was broken and the molding on the left side of the counter was broken. There were what we consider “everyday items” that weren’t available such as a hair dryer, ironing board, and even just salt and pepper. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. ##### Stephanie C. Could hear water from above and all footsteps of running child (four hours of it in Leningrad before they left). Doors for closets falling off hinges. Getting to the property is dangersous-almost two head-on collisions because people don’t stay on their own side of very narrow and winding roads. One we had to go into ditch to avoid a collision. We liked the location to Branson and the single bedroom and separate living space. Lastly the TV in the bedroom hummed and was not watchable.
