There was so much space to gather together without feeling crowded. The kitchen was stocked very well and allowed us to cook and prepare food for us all! Communication with the property manager was quick and straightforward. We had a question about an amenity that was missing and within an hour, the problem was resolved. We had 13 adults and 19 kids ranging from 18-1\. This house was the perfect layout for us. There were plenty of bathroom and kitchen supplies. Lots of great amenities for the kids and adults. The kids loved the movie theater room and playing pool most days! They have done well maximizing seating. The outdoor pool was a short walk and the lake access was about 1 mile (though it did have a bit of rough terrain the last 1/4 mile). Owner was prompt in responses and very easy to communicate with. If you're looking for a CLEAN house, this is absolutely it. So many small touches that just added up to make our stay great. We had 25 people aging from 8 to 71 and every single person had a great time. The beds were so comfortable, no one wanted to leave. If I had to nitpick, the only complaint our group had was that we wished there was a 2nd stove. We cooked all but 2 meals here for the week, and the kitchen got crowded. We had 26 adults and two under 5\. The accommodations were great. Never felt crowded, spent a lot of time around the fire pit on the covered deck. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, appliances, everything you need. We celebrated our 50th anniversary by bringing all of our children and grandchildren to Branson. Every one of us enjoyed the time we spent in the house. And it is close to the pool which was a real plus for the kids. The proximity to everything in Branson is perfect. Parking at the house was more than adequate. The outdoor fire pits were a real bonus. They provided plenty of trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, etc. as we were preparing to leave, which no one wanted to do, the grandchildren we’re making a plan for when we could come back. Chateau Retreat was just a wonderful place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. The home is well furnished, the kitchen is equipped nicely for large groups, and the location is great. We had a total of 25 people staying in the home and it never felt crowded or tight. We prepared most of our meals and there was plenty of space for everyone to have a spot. There were several comments from our group about how comfortable the beds were. The view from the back porches is incredible and it's a short walk to both the outdoor and indoor pools. Christina was a wonderful host and our communication before and during our trip was excellent. We can't recommend Chateau Retreat highly enough, especially if you're looking for the perfect spot for a larger group to gather. ##### James O.
