My family and I booked this condo months ago and were so excited for our stay. However; the night before our reservation (12 hours before check in) we were notified that the owner of this condo cancelled our reservation with no reason. I do not recommend staying here as this specific condo is not reliable. Thankfully, The Grand Welcome property management made it right & found different condos to stay in for the same dates & same pricing.. AND the condos they moved us to were beautiful! ##### Carli K. I would recommend bringing your own pool towels, bc we had 4 kids go to the pool and only 6 towels in the entire condo. So after using 4 towels at the pool and only having 2 clean towels to use when showering those 4 kids was a little tricky. I will say, we never ran out of hot water from all the showering! Had plenty of utensils for all our cooking and eating needs. Plenty of comfy seating in the living room for movie night with 4 kids and 2 adults. My 75 year old aunt came with us & also loved the property with one suggestion, the showers do not have anti slip mats in the tub or bars to grab onto. I didn’t even think of this, it but may be good to know for older family members or those prone to falling in the shower. There is not a BBQ on site, was told day before when I asked it is communal.
