It’s a destination that offers something for everyone, from thrilling adventures to heartwarming experiences. The Space: As you sit outside on your private patio at the gorgeous 3-bedroom condo of Branson Whirlwind Adventure, you’ll begin to see it all coming to life right before your eyes, the sweeping views telling just one of many stories of all the excitement you’re about to embark on. Perched up high on a hill north of the city, this home is located within the desirable Vineyards community providing panoramic scenic views day and night of the surrounding Ozark Mountains and illuminating lights of the city. When venturing out into the area, breathtaking Table Rock Lake, Silver Dollar City, the Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, the eclectic downtown area, and so many more exciting attractions are all within just a short drive away. Spend a leisurely afternoon or two lounging by the seasonal community outdoor swimming pool, taking breaks from the heat with a refreshing swim. With a wide variety of restaurants to choose from in just about any direction, you can happily leave the cooking and cleaning to someone else for a change! The adults in your group can even schedule their own time away with an outing sampling the area’s finest vintage at the Lindwedel Winery, less than 5 minutes away. The home’s fresh and modern interior is a departure from the ordinary, meticulously curated with stylish, contemporary furnishings and décor to maximize the little downtime you may spend indoors. Sink into plush sofa seating in the living room, where you can enjoy a cozy movie night with the warmth of an electric fireplace and a large TV at your fingertips. The open floorplan creates an organic flow right into the kitchen, fully stocked for all your culinary aspirations and showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleek white cabinetry. Nosh on a spread of delicious afternoon hors d’oeuvres at the counter with stool seating for 4, or gather around the table for fine dining and family game nights alike, comfortably seating 6. This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 3 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and TV. Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and TV. The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • This is a lower-level, walk-down unit with 15 steps required to entry. • Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • Washer and dryer in home. • Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. • The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason. • The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes. Less than 10 minutes from Table Rock Lake, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve. This enviable location also puts you within 20 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley. HOUSE RULES: • Communal pool facilities are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. • Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am. • A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided. • This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs. • Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees. • Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by. • Parties or events of any kind are not allowed. • Do not move or rearrange the furniture. • Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants. • Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed.
