Welcome to our stunning 2br 2ba completely remodeled condo centrally located minutes away from Table Rock Lake, Golf courses, Branson Landing, the 76 Strip, Shows, Restaurants, Silver Dollar City, Outlets and a lot more. Large screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi internet, washer/dryer. Condo is located on the second floor of the building.

Table Rock lake and Moonshine Beach is 5 min drive enjoy swimming, kayaking, rent a boat/Jet ski at state park Marina.

Fall Creek Marina with the boat rentals is walking distance within the resort area located on a beautiful Taneycomo lake which is famous for trout fishing( fishing gear is available for rent at fall creek marina)
Spend a day playing golf on any of the golf courses, closest one is Point Royale.
Silver Dollar City is 15 min drive where this world famous park has fun rides, shows and delicious food for whole family.
After a fun day exploring Branson come back and enjoy beautiful condo.

Kitchen: Custom fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay ( fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, utensils, dishes and basic condiments. (Paper towels, dishwasher detergent, soap provided)
Beautiful Living Room with Vaulted Ceilings: Has two sleeper full size couches for extra sleeping space, large 58In Smart TV with pre-installed applications (Netflix, Prime, YouTube etc.) that guests can use to login with their accounts.
Dining Room: Has Custom made bench with table and chairs seating for 6 people.
Master Bedroom: Has a large king size bed with luxury combo sprint/memory foam mattress for great night sleep. Also has full walk-in closet
Downstairs Bathroom: Has a separate area with double sink vanity and full tub and shower.
Upstairs Loft Bedroom: Has a queen size bed with luxury memory foam mattress and bathroom full tub ,shower and vanity. Also has closet space.
Unit has inside Washer and Dryer (detergent provided)
Coded door lock for ease of access and parking passes for guests.
Will be provided one day before arrival .
Extras: Large screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi internet. We do allow small.pet , the pets fee is $65 and you can add pet to the reservation at the time of Booking.

Our stay was excellent and had everything we needed. It was perfectly located—close enough to enjoy the downtown area but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. If you plan on cooking, be sure to bring your own spices. We opted for simple pre-cooked meals, so it wasn’t an issue for us. The area was incredibly quiet—so quiet that my husband and I had to borrow a fan from the upstairs bedroom just to have some background noise, which is honestly a great problem to have.

We loved the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Perfect for a family with teenagers. There was appropriate bedding and towels. We did feel like the extra blankets weren’t washed regularly as they weren’t as clean as we expected. There also wasn’t enough toilet paper or paper towels. There were no cleaning products at all, and we had a child get sick and were stuck with nothing to clean with. We were able to find a Walgreens close by to pick some cleaning products up. Overall the place was great and close to everything we needed. We would stay here again!

We weren’t in the room constantly so we had everything we needed to fix sandwiches. We had to wash towels everyday to have enough clean towels for each of us. The listing doesn’t say the unit is upstairs. We had a handicap senior so it was difficult for her to get up and down the stairs. That part was disappointing.

Small things were annoying; no hangers in closets. Who packs hangers? No coffee or toiletry items although they state that in the listing it is still unusual and not homey. Only 1 tv. Had no linens when we arrived but it was quickly and pleasantly rectified by host and cleaning crew who were very responsive and friendly. Upstairs had a LARGE quantity of fruit flies or gnats. Not sure how to tell the difference. Smelly garbage disposal may have played a role and we cleaned it ourselves even though it wasn’t our mess. Really picky here but the toilet paper was SO thin I swear I could see through it. Condo is nice. Showers are short. Parking and directions were easy.

Overall everything was nice. We only had one set of sheets for the couch beds but the host had more sent to us when she found out. There was supposed to be mattresses pads for the couch beds but we couldn’t find those either. Overall very clean and the host was very responsive.

Not what we expected.

Check in was easy. There wasn't any potholdera or towels for the kitchen. The floora were very dirty. We pit our one year old grand baby down to run aroumd while we unpacked and within 15 minutes, the bottom of her feet were black from the dirty floors. The listing said there were two living spacea, but there was only one, and it was vary small. Don't trust the pictures. The double sofa couches were a joke! We were vary disappointed.

Very clean and organized. We took three grandkids to Silver Dollar City, White Water water park. The condo is conveniently located close to anywhere you decide to go. It’s very close to Table Rock Lake. We rented a pontoon for a day! Had a wonderful stay and highly recommend staying here! Thanks, Elena!

Condo was good, but the owner failed to send us the code for entrance. Pets were allowed, then we were told they could not be on furniture, ours are not pets ..they are our kids. Not good. TV sucked.
