The only negative that we had is that there was only 2 decent size coffee cups and no glasses that would hold much more than 8 - 10 oz. We watched our husbands on hole 1 while sitting on the patio. The one inconvenience was that we were on the lower level and had to take the stairs down to the unit and up to the car. A member of our party had trouble with the stairs. There is an elevator but it was located on the far side from us and a very long walk. I would suggest if accessibility is important to you, call the office to make your reservations and let them know your limitations and needs.
